What is Part 145 Maintenance Organisational Approval?
Part 145 Maintenance Organisation approval is a regulatory process established by aviation authorities to ensure that aircraft maintenance organisations meet the necessary standards for conducting maintenance, repairs, and inspections. This approval is granted to organisations that demonstrate compliance with specific requirements related to personnel qualifications, facilities, equipment, maintenance procedures, and quality control systems. Part 145 approval ensures that maintenance organisations have the capability to perform maintenance tasks safely and effectively, maintaining the airworthiness of aircraft and contributing to the overall safety and reliability of aviation operations. It also involves regular audits and inspections by regulatory authorities to ensure continued compliance with the established standards.
