ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. All of our services are ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management assured.
As part of our commitment to Quality and providing a high standard of service to our customers, we do recognise that sometimes things can go wrong and we have a Complaints Procedure to address any issues you may have. Complaints can be received by email/post, via our website, or verbally. If the initial complaint is made verbally we will ask you to follow this up in writing to your principal contact within CAAi and/or Quality Manager. Your complaint will be investigated, and a response sent to you within 20 working days with the outcome of our investigation and any preventative/corrective actions taken to rectify your issues. If you need any further information on this or any other aspect of our Complaints Procedure, please contact our Quality Manager.
Accredited provider of short courses by British Accredited Council
British Accredited Council provides a comprehensive quality assurance scheme for independent further and higher education in the UK. The accreditation is recognised all over the world by students, agents and government officials as the clearest mark of educational quality in the private sector. The accreditation scheme for short course providers is designed to recognise the particular qualities and distinctive character of providers.
EASA Virtual Academy Member
The EASA Virtual Academy is part of EASA’s efforts to ensure that harmonised and high-quality training is available especially to National Aviation Authorities (NAAs) staff. The EASA Virtual Academy includes only regulatory courses that support the qualification of Member States’ NAAs personnel involved in approval and oversight activities (inspectors). There are currently four training providers approved by EASA to deliver some or all of the courses and CAA International is proud to be one of them.
