What is EMAR CAMO and EMAR M Continuing Airworthiness Management?
EMAR CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) and EMAR M are regulatory frameworks that govern the continuing airworthiness management of military aircraft.
EMAR M provides the overall framework for the airworthiness management of military aircraft, including the establishment of maintenance programmes, the management of airworthiness directives and service bulletins, and the monitoring of aircraft maintenance activities.
EMAR CAMO specifically addresses the requirements for organisations involved in the continuing airworthiness management of military aircraft, including operating organisations. The requirement details the responsibilities, procedures, and documentation requirements for these organisations to ensure the ongoing airworthiness and safety of the military aircraft under their management. Together, EMAR M and EMAR CAMO provide a comprehensive framework for the maintenance and airworthiness management of military aircraft, helping to ensure their safe operation throughout their lifecycle.
This course is suitable for individuals working in, or with oversight of, the Continuing Airworthiness Management of military aircraft to which the European Defence Agency’s EMAR CAMO and EMAR M requirements apply.
