Just Culture for the Team

What is Just Culture?

Just Culture is a culture in which front line operators or other persons are not punished for actions, omissions, or decisions taken by them, that are commensurate with their experience and training, but in which gross negligence, wilful violations and destructive acts are not tolerated.

Give your staff reporting confidence in just 40 minutes

Having a Just Culture encourages open reporting. And open reporting helps your organisation to keep everyone safe. Developed by UK CAA regulators, the Just Culture for the Team course is an e-learning module which helps anyone working in aviation gain confidence in Just Culture.

The course includes practical, real-life reporting challenges that you might face, using rich media, video, scenarios and animations to bring the content to life.

It is suitable for you if you are work in a front-line role across industry (non-UK only), including airlines, ATOs, airports, ground handling organisations, ANSPs, maintenance organisations, NAAs, etc
