CAA International (CAAi) has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award in recognition of exceptional customer excellence for its training services.

Since 2014, Feefo has recognised organisations that deliver exceptional experiences, using feedback from real customers.

This is the first year that CAAi has achieved Feefo’s prestigious Platinum Trusted Status, having been awarded Gold Trusted Status in 2020 and 2021, respectfully. Platinum Trusted Service awards are issued to organisations that achieve an average customer service rating of at least 4.5 out of 5 for three consecutive years.

Silke Buckley, Senior Manager of International Training Operations, commented:

“We are delighted to achieve this Platinum Service Award because it’s based on the feedback of our training delegates, who are the most important judges of all. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, we have continued to successfully deliver our training programmes to thousands of aviation professionals right across the globe – redesigning most of our classroom courses for virtual online learning. This award recognises the lengths we have gone to provide all our delegates with the best possible learning experience – even during a global pandemic.”
