We are pleased to announce that we will reinstate our classroom training this October.
The classroom training will take place at our Gatwick head office building in the Aviation House. It will include courses that were not suitable for a virtual option such as Cabin Safety Inspector Theory and Flight Operations Inspector Theory. To view dates for our upcoming face-to-face deliveries, please visit our course portfolio page.
We will continue delivering virtual courses. This means that for some of our deliveries you will have a choice of a virtual or face-to-face option.
To keep our delegates and staff safe during COVID-19 pandemic, we have introduced extra safety measures. Delegates will be eligible to attend the classroom option if they are living in the UK or are from airbridge country and have not been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days. We will follow the UK Government Guidance on social distancing and personal protective equipment. In line with that, all our delegates will be asked to adhere to two-metre social distance and wear face covering whenever it is not possible to maintain two-metre distance. For more information on additional measures, please visit our dedicated FAQs page for face-to-face training during COVID-19.
In preparation for re-opening the classroom deliveries, Silke Buckley, CAAi Senior Manager for Training said: “We are really looking forward to welcoming our delegates back into the classroom. The past few months have been unprecedented for the industry, but we remain committed to supporting aviation professionals as much as we can during COVID-19. Our teams have worked incredibly hard over the past few weeks introducing safety measures designed to keep everyone COVID-safe while attending in Aviation House.”
