We provide strategic advice to non-UK airlines on regulatory compliance, flight operations procedures, and quality and safety management. We not only assist from an operational point of view, but provide useful insights to influence strategic decisions.

Airline Regulatory Compliance

Airline Operator Certificates (AOCs)
We offer guidance on the setting up, running, requirements and management of AOC organisations.

Flight Time Limitations (FTL)
We are able to advise Airlines on the fatigue implications of duty rosters, recommending areas where there is unlikely to be a problem or indicating those areas that need further consideration.

Minimal Navigation Performance Standards (MNPS)
We are able to offer a guidance and consultancy service to aid in MNPS operations along with an authoring service providing MNPS documentation to supplement Operations Manuals.

Part M Continuing Airworthiness
Part M is the set of requirements that deals with Continuing Airworthiness of aircraft. It is made up of Subparts, the main one being Subpart G for Continuing Airworthiness Management organisation approvals. In addition Part M covers the Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) process and Maintenance Organisation Approvals (MOA) for non-commercial aircraft below 5,700kg within Subpart F. We can provide support on any aspect of Part M requirements.

Our a 2-day Part M Continuing Airworthiness training course provides delegates with the knowledge to discuss the relevance of Subpart G (Continued Airworthiness Management) and Subpart 1 (Airworthiness review Certificates) as appropriate to their aircraft and individual roles, demonstrate how to avoid potential problems with Part M implementations, and apply these regulations in their related fields.

Cargo Goods
We can offer comprehensive advice through a dedicated Dangerous Goods Office on all aspects of Dangerous Goods handling, packaging and labelling.

Passenger Dangerous Goods

Flight Operations

Flight Operations Procedures and Manuals
We can offer compliant Operations Manuals uniquely tailored to the Air Operators Certificates (AOC) organisation along with a consultation, amendment and updating service if required.

All manuals are EU-OPS/Part-OPS compliant. Each manual will be specifically tailored to suit the organisation, its field of operation and all company personnel. Investment in these manuals will ease the processing of your AOC application/variation/transition.
