For the third consecutive year, CAAi has retained Feefo’s esteemed Platinum Trusted Status, having previously earned this recognition in 2023 and 2022, along with Gold Trusted Status in 2020 and 2021, respectively. Platinum Trusted Service awards are issued to organisations that achieve an average customer service rating of at least 4.5 out of 5 for three consecutive years.
