Instructor Certification – Why does it matter?
Instructors delivering security training are a vital component of the security system.
Whatever the role within the aviation system, new staff joining the aviation community must experience rigorous, high-quality initial training to motivate and build up relevant skills and competencies. Aviation instructors can significantly shape and influence the knowledge and skills of our workforce and their commitment and motivation.
