Our USOAP support service has helped States around the world improve audit readiness, staff competence, and Effective Implementation (EI) scores, providing crucial assistance in achieving the required audit outcomes.

• Albania – ICVM Preparation
  Delivered targeted training and coaching ahead of Albania’s December 2024 ICVM audit.
  Results: EI improved from 44% in 2022 to 89% in 2024.
• Bahamas – USOAP Training
  Prepared staff through PQ workshops, CAP development coaching, and mock audit exercises.
  Results: Significantly improved staff readiness and confidence ahead of the ICAO audit.
• United Kingdom – ICAO USOAP Audit
  CAAi supported the UK CAA’s internal audit preparation and project management.
  Results: Achieved 96% EI for the areas assessed in December 2022.
• Botswana – Capacity-Building
  From post-audit ICVM support in 2013 to regulatory strengthening and training through 2024.
  Results: EI score rose from 45.7% in 2013 to 85.78% in 2024.
• Kazakhstan – Audit Compliance Strengthening
  Delivered comprehensive technical support, including restructuring of the legislative and regulatory framework, and guidance on PQ responses and supporting evidence.
  Results: Achieved ICAO compliance with notable EI score improvements (LEG: 61% → 81% / ORG: 37% → 75% / ANS: 87% → 95% / AGA: 56% → 90% / AIG: 47% → 53%).
• Thailand – ICVM Preparation & SSC Resolution
  Supported complete audit preparation through mock audits, gap analysis, and strategic coaching.
  Results: Significant Safety Concern (SSC) successfully lifted with significant EI improvements (Operations: 10.22% → 38.69% / Airworthiness: 61.98% → 76.03% / 11 international carriers recertified).
