Project Co-ordinator, International Development
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum depending on skills and experience

This is an exciting opportunity for an International Project Coordinator to join our diverse International Business Development and Marketing team, to help develop the growth of our organisation and improve aviation standards beyond our shores. Working for a world leading aviation organisation based at Gatwick Airport, the Project Coordinator will provide support across the entire business development, fundraising and marketing functions.
Reporting to the Senior International Development Manager, the Project Coordinator will have the opportunity to help deliver the international development strategy and support the business development team across various aaviation-related domains and across all geographical areas.
Working closely with the team, the Project Co-ordinator will assist colleagues through research, project management, business development, bid management, preparation of business or technical documentation and other tasks in order to support the strategic development, delivery and profitability of the overall client and or product/service portfolio of professional services. The Project Coordinator will also provide hands-on support to help develop business, new products/services and contribute to our marketing & communication activities.
We’re looking for an organised and motivated individual with a passion for aviation and thirst for business development. You will have excellent IT skills, alongside excellent planning and organisational skills and time management. A good understanding of project management systems and techniques, quality management systems and standards is preferred. We are looking for a problem solver with a solution-focused approach, who can work autonomously, whilst using their own initiative. You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks with a personable manner that allows you to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders, but not be afraid to challenge when needed.
