Regulatory Compliance

Part 21 Subpart G Production Organisational Approval
For organisations wishing to manufacture products, parts or appliances to approved designs and release these parts within the regulatory system, Part 21 Subpart G POA is necessary.

We are able to offer technical advice to organisations engaged in this work to help them understand the broader regulatory environment and safety risks that they will need to address with their Aviation Authority. This advice can take the form of training in specific areas or as third party compliance audits.

Our 2-day Part 21 G POA training course provides delegates with an understanding of the standard and associated Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) and Guidance Material (GM) advisory material, and includes detail of how a Production Organisation Exposition is constructed.

Part 145 Maintenance Organisational Approval
For organisations who wish to hold a Part 145 approval, we are able to provide assistance and evaluate the organisation and hangar facilities as part of their process for gaining the approval.

Our Part 145 training course provides delegates with an understanding of Part 145 Maintenance Approval principles, the interface between Parts 145, M, 66 and 147; Human factors requirements; aircraft parts acceptability and nominated post holders (Form 4) and will assist them in determining both corporate and individual responsibilities in ensuring an organisation meets the requirements.

Maintenance Review Board (MRB)
We are able to provide MRB experts that meet the EASA requirements for participation in Maintenance Steering Group-3 (MSG-3) working groups and Maintenance Programme development activities.

Aircraft Certification

Aircraft Type Certification/Supplemental Type Certification
A Type Certificate (TC) or Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) are the means by which Aviation Authorities, including the UK Civil Aviation Authority (UK CAA), indicate that a product or modification to a product is approved.

We are able to offer technical advice to organisations engaged in this work to help them understand the broader regulatory environment and safety risks that they will need to address with their Aviation Authority. This advice can take the form of training in specific technical areas or in certification project management methods, or as third party compliance audits.

Although no dedicated training courses are provided in this subject, training is provided as part of other courses such as our Airworthiness course. Alternatively, tailored training programmes can be provided upon request.
