Later this month, aviation regulatory professionals from across the world will be in Montreal for the second ICAO World Aviation Forum (IWAF) and the 39th ICAO Assembly (A39).

The objective of IWAF 2016 is to identify needs, facilitate the funding and financing required to accelerate the implementation of international civil aviation global standards and policies in support of ICAO’s No Country Left Behind (NCLB) initiative. It will also share information and best practices with a view to ensuring sufficient resources for sustainable aviation development.

For the second consecutive year, CAA International (CAAi), part of the International Directorate of the UK Civil Aviation Authority (UK CAA), will be exhibiting at IWAF and the first day of the ICAO Assembly. Delegates will have the opportunity to discuss the latest UK CAA best practise thinking, learn more about the UK CAA International Directorate and discuss our State-to-State capacity building assistance and training programmes. What’s more, our technology partner Aspeq Limited will also be on-hand, proving live demonstrations of our e-Examination and e-Licensing systems.

The event will be attended by Ben Alcott; UK CAA International Director, Maria Rueda; CAAi Managing Director, Matthew Margesson; Head of International Development and Stuart Coates; CAAi Marketing Manager. You will be able to find us at booth #8 for IWAF and booth #3 for A39 in the workshop area.

If you would like to pre-arrange a meeting with our team, please email stuart.coates@caainternational.com.

We look forward to seeing you in Montreal!
