Licence applicants have a single web portal for examinations and licensing. They can easily determine licence eligibility through the unique “Am I Ready” check that evaluates the licence application against the NAA regulatory requirements.
A licence application cannot be submitted until all requirements are completed. Workflows are used to manage the application process.
NAA Administration staff can review licensing information, address customer queries, assist with applications and process payment.
Registered organisations can check and apply for a licence on behalf of applicants who are members of the organisations.
NAA Licensing staff can completely manage applications using workflows configured for each licence type (e.g. PPL, CPL, ATPL, AME).
